After a great deal of frustration, i finally was able to
reinstall windows xp on my computer (which had crashed)
by using the cd's given to me when i bought the
computer.  i had a great deal of difficulty in getting

I got a nasty brother and he's such a pest that everytime
I am not home he tries to open my PC. Of coz, he doesn't
have my password and can't log in, yet I found it's a big
harm to my PC as it's always being shut down in a wrong

Anyone one with a solution to sudden and unpredictable
shutting down of windows.  As well as apparent
hibernation even though hibernation is off and serious
errors causing windows to close to prevent damage.

I used to see this padlock on Windows Me but, I am now
using XP, and it doesn't appear on a site that is secure.
How do I get it to appear on the taskbar?
