How do I administer my Guest account on Windows XP (such

The search URL is being changed to point to
www.idgsearch.com. Even when I remove all references to
it from the Registry (and I have to remove references to
www.2020search.com as well) they find a way to get it

I am trying to install the Symantec patch for the blaster
worm.  I get the following message, which causes the
install to abort: "Setup could not verify the integrity
of the file update.inf.  Make sure the crytographic

whenever I try installing a program thst uses windows
installer, i get this error- "The system administrator has
set policies to prevent this installation." I am set as
the administrator on my PC and i also try to install it

I am running on XP with a DSL connection.  After being on
the internet for a few minutes, it slows to a crawl.  
After rebooting, it's ok, until, once again, after a few

i delete it it comes back after a few seconds. How do i
