I can't see a PID on the case of my works Suite 2003 case
just a Word Product Key. Attempts to register the product
with it have failed. Any advice greatly received. Many

How come in XP Pro I have two admin accounts and cannot
delete one of them. I know I need the password protected
one, But why do I need two. Is one of them different than

My norton antivirus found trojan horse in my
c:\windows\winlogon.exe file on windows xp. Norton AV is
unable to remove it nor fix it. I was unable to delete
this file. How can I delete that file and how it is going

On our domain's computers, people are unable to use USB
removable media.  When a regular Domain User inserts a
USB memory stick it will install the drivers with no
