This update came down yesterday.  I noticed that a mouse
click on the vertical scrollbar results in a doubled page
movement in both IE 6.x and Eudora.  Other applications
seem to scroll normally.

I can't change file attributes of read only on a
directory.  As soon as I unselect it and apply, if I open
up the properties box again the read only is checked and
greyed out.  Somebody please help.

I think I'm going crazy.  I have been trying to force the use of
Ctrl-Alt-Delete for logon for a new PC running WinXP Professional.  The rest

My pc has been infected with a virus or worm unwise.exe. I can't really
understand how as I'm running NAV 2004 and AdAware (as well as Zone Alarm)
and constantly update and scan. Win XP Home is always up to date.
Any advice on how to remove would be very much appreciated.

My Norton AntiVirus program quarantined a file called
msupdater.exe telling me that it has a trojan horse that
cannot be fixed.  It recommends that I delete the file and
replace it with a clean copy.  I cannot find a copy.  I

the security log on my computer is constantly growing and reaches the
maximum size within hours. I have found sometimes more than 10
security audit entries within a second. I have tried to stop services
but could not locate which program is causing the problem. The

There seems to be a problem (in my opinion). There is no
way, yet that I have found, to edit permissions in XP
home like as in windows 2000. I relied on this option
because I let friends use my computer. Sometiems wantint
