I recently installed a norton anti virus scanner on a friends computor.  The desktop now has many many icons on it of all the component parts of the scanner plus a folder.  Can I move all the scanner icons into the folder? but would she then have to start the norton anti virus ...

Recently my pc shows a box with a warning that "your

There is this file on the computer in the Temp file.  It's called Index.dat,
and when I open it with Notepad, there's a bunch of unreadable symbols, but
there is a readable title: Client UrlCache MMF Ver 5.2
