Ok, I'll admit this is my fault but here's the senario. I
had an XP Pro machine hooked up to a SBS 2000 machine with
BizTalk on it. This is a test system and I don't use it

I've always used Netscape Communicator until I began
taking online courses and found that IE 6.0 was better
suited for the coursework.  And if I recall correctly, I
don't think that these pop-up ads would automatically pop-

OK I upgraded to XP Home and I spent a long time
downloading the latest critical updates, so now how do I
backup all this info so that when my machine crashes and

repeatedly that this is a FREE download. I cannot find
