Help is required.  I can download the critical security
update WP SP1 (Express) but not able to install.  Window
screen showed "Set up Wizard" - either back up your

I have Windows XP Home and I have an external E: drive

On one computer I get an error "Page cannot be displayed" whenever I attempt
signing into a secured site (HTTPS) such as login with Passport to MSN. This

When I right click on a folder and go to properties, the Security Tab is missing.
This is with all the folders.
Any help would be appreciated.
