I am trying to turn off system restore.  When I went to
control panel sustem restore tab was not there.  i am a
family user thus i thought I would be the automatic

How can I get my XP computer to login to a Unix machine?  
When I had Win98, enabling plain text passwords was the
answer. Is there a way around this in XP or do I need to

I am using L2TP for a VPN connection into a firewall
appliance.  I cannot get the VPN connection to nest.  
Example - I can only hit things on my local LAN and not

I can not get my task manager to start. either by right
clicking taskbar or ctrl+alt+del. I re-installed
windowsxp then tried it again, however it did pop up for

I am unable to open the task manager, by either right
clicking on Task bar or CNTL+ALT+DElete. It will not open
and I am the Administrator. I get no error messages just
