Hope someone can help. I have the file 'dust.exe' in both windows\temp and windows\system32 and have tried repeatedly to remove it with anti-virus software without success.

When I try to install pcAnywhere using the setup mode of the CDROM, I get access permission errors, telling me that I don't have the proper permissions to install. I can do a passive install without getting the error.

How can I determine what service or application is loading a virus at every startup Norton AV catches a hookerdll.dll in the Windows directory and deletes it but it doesn't stop it from coming back at startup.
