I can not find a back up utility in Windows XP. I have
look in Start/All Programs/Acessories/Tools. Do I have a
bad version? Where can I go to get this Utility? The
system did not come with a disk. The OS was Pre Installed.

Just recently I am seeing a mini pop up window with this
ridiculous message.  Does anybody know what this is? I
have Mcafee antivirus, but it doesn't get rid of this.
