I cannot bring up the secure login site for my bank on
line or American Century?

When i go to use my windows update in XP home addition it
finds the update site OK but it comes up with a message
saying that only administrators only can update. itry
following the steps that are displyed on the screen but

Is there any way i can secury a folder, with some kind of
password or something. I know i can secure it by making
diferent users accounts. But i would like to know, if

I have had a software restriction policy added as
security, is there anyway around this, other than
disabling it? Each time i try access a program, it gives
me the error because of the software restriction policy.

When I press ctrl+alt+del to lock my computer, I
immediately get the  Task Manager instead of  Windows
Security screen first. I can't lock my computer now. Any
suggestions?
