Even after following that last procedure, when I am in I.E. and I click on file / open / and start typing www. (anything) some web address's are still in there.??

Well, in a nutshell when I go into folder properties to encrypt my folder under the the advance button, the box to encrypt contents to secure data is shaded out. I've checked and the drive is NTFS under XP Home Edition. What's the problem?
