I purchased and installled WinXP in Jan 2003. I
successfully did a system restore a few months ago when I
ran into some problems. This time MS Explorer won't run so
I can't do security updates. The last successful run was on

When using the welcome screen option. I get a list of
users to logon. but not the administrator. I want to log
on the admin. what can I do?? why doesn't the admin
account appear on the screen.

I have a user's machine.  It's a Dell D800 running
Windows XP.  When this user logs into our domain (we only
have one) he does not always authenticate to the domain.

I found when running Norton Antivirus a Spyware ".exe"
file called redirect5.exe.  Symantec could not delete the
file and I did not want to exclude it from future scans
so I simply skipped it.  Symantec recommended performing
