unwanted sites have appered on my desktop and in my
favorites,, i tried sending to the recycle bin, but they
reappear when i reboot, i tried deleating them from the
explore task bar,, but they still reappear,,

Someone has encrypted some of my files.  I have attempted
to decrypt them using the cipher command but to no avail.

I'm trying to find out how to restrict access to a a certain partition of a hard drive when in a guest or limited user account.  How do I go about doing so?

I have a customer that reboot her laptop which had
automatic login" enabled & a username: owner & password
window can up. She has never set a password & cannot
change user, anyway she can get in?

I have a user who can't burn CDs with Nero Express and
wants me to give her user account burning rights.  I'm
not sure how to do this as we are setup with a workgroup
and not a domain.  I'm not sure which rights are "burning

I have a user that can't delete or modify files in a local c:\ folder when
they login to the domain.  The administrator can no problem.   I went to my
computer - right clicked, manage and made that user local login a member of
administrators - still no luck - any guesses?

I am curious to know if Win XP's CD-Burning feature has a
log file that records which files have been burned to a

Recently, unwanted websites began showing up in
my "Favorites" file.  If I delete them from "Favorites"
and again from the Recycle Bin, and restart my computer,
they show up again in my "Favorites" file.
