Everytime I bring up my PC an unauthorized dialler comes
up.  I've deleted all cookies and tried to delete it from

My CPU usage maximizes at 100% when I am connected to the
net. I connect through an Ethernet card and a cable modem.
In the taskmanager, I see that 99% of CPU power is being

I am the sole user on a PC and am set up as an
administrator.  Just yesterday I was doing some further
familiarization with configurations and clicked on

On the View menu under folder options I have no option to

I had around 1,600 files and a few folders encrypted for
one user (me), and did not export my encryption key.
I was able to set ownership of the files back to me, but
yet i still can't access them, copy them, move em or back

I have Windows XP Professional Edition on my computer and
had to replace the hard drive. Since then I have not been
able to install security updates because it tells me the
product code is invalid. Any suggestions? Please help.
