My WinXP Home Ed is set up with only one user account

Ihave a computer I bought from someone who's wife died.
She was the administrator. There is only one account that
comes up on log on screen. It is a limited user account.

Hi,
I'd appreciate any advice on the following issue. I have
set up a scheduled job that runs an excel program with
Macros. It runs perfectly when I am logged on, but when I
