How the heck can I delete a forgotten password?  It won't
let me do a reset password disk without the forgotten
password.  Please help!!!!

launched.  If the ncpa.cpl is launched it opens to the

I am having to give local administrator rights to domain
users before they can access Office XP.  Is there anyway
to get around doing this?  I tried granting them power
user rights; however, that doesn't work.

I have a problem with a XP machine that will not let a
user log onto the domain. It says the account is locked
out. I checked user mngr and it is not locked out or
disabled and it still will not let this user log onto our

The following updates will not install on one pc, - they

I have had the XP firewall disable many times, especially
when my daughter is online.  My initial response is
hackers have found a way around it.  We have a dial up
modem, so if this is the case they must know we are
