I am getting a message about every one minute from Norton
Anti-virus that I have a "Trojan.startpage " virus in
winlogon.exe adn that it cannot repair it. I can disable
my norton but how do I repair winlogon.exe?

On doing a virus scan I found that I had a file infected
by "download.trojan". The file was "AStart.Exe". Nortons
Anti Virus could not repair it and suggested I quarenteen
it, which I did. I then deleted the file to be doubly sure.

This might be a simple question...
I set up a limited account, and the limited account cannot even set up a website as a favorite. Is this supposed to be the case?  The admin account can do this, but given that each user has a favorites folder, I figured they could do this.
