I am continuing to have problems with this despite having deleted it in the normal way. It is now refusing to allow me to download antivirus or patches. I cannnot find any trace of the program or location on my computer.

I recently resetted my password, but unfortunately, I believe I typed it too fast and saved it, that when I try to sign on to the main administrator account, it wont let me in. Instead, I am stuck with logging in as a "Guest."

When I use the internet my computer often crashes unexpectedly. It gives me 1 minute to close all programs and the message " Windows must restart because the Remote Procedure Call (RPC)service has terminated unexpectedly.

Sorry, this is a long one. I've tanked my in-laws computer by creating a guest account. Now when the logon screen pops up, it defaults to "guest" and will not recognize the administrator user
