I have Win XP Pro set to auto-notify availability of new security updates and this usually works routinely. The last week or two, I've been getting repeated notifications that Update 819696 is available and ready.

I discovered MOEBIUS.EXE (FSSANCTL.EXE) programs installed on my system Both programs were installed in a Microsoft\Moebius folder. There wa also a EULA text file that implied that it was from Microsoft. assumed that they were from Microsoft since that was the indication
