Hi! Can somebody please help me with this? I've been
experiencing ths for over a couple of months
now.Everytime I tried to access a secure website like my
bank accounts ,etc. My computer always says "The page

I have XP Pro on NTFS drive. I was playing with the encryption option and
screwed up some files and folders. I had encrypted them, then removed the
encryption option, now I cannot access these files or folders. I get an
access denied message.

I have received 5 copies of an e-mail to my alias address
suggesting I 'use this patch immediately' I view this with
suspicion. Am I correct in this assumption? the originator
is security@microsoft.com. If it is genuine why 5 copies?

I have an xp home machine that boots up very slowly. This
seems to have happened after I uninstalled zone labs
firewall and pest patrol and installed norton firewall
instead. any ideas?

Need some help.
All of a sudden when I try and open a program/perform
control/admin tasks, Xp tells me
"Windows can not find the specified device,path or, file.

I have noticed that my computer does not ask for a login

I'm using NTBackup (version delivered with Windows XP Home Edition
2002, German) to backup my system state data.
In every event log so far, there is the following statement:

When I try to enable the firewall I receive the following: An error occured while Internet connection sharing was being enabled. The dependency service or group failed to start. Please advise.

Is there a reg key I can change to get rid of the please press
Ctrl+Alt+Delete to login.  I went into the advanced tab of the user accounts
in the control panel.   That check box is un-checked yet the please press
Ctrl+Alt+Delete still shows up.

I am the only administrator on XP Home.  I want to enable
the other limited users to be able to load programs, or
to let me load them and then have them be able to use
them.  Now, I'm finding that XP will not let anyone load

IE flashes a box that says it has to shut down now. It
says ezula is the problem.  I  can't find it to delete or
remove it, but ezula does have an up-grade.  Should I up-
grade, continue to try to delete, or what?  Where did
