I have had no trouble password protecting a document, but
I can't seem to find a way to protect an entire folder.

I have encountered a problem with the following symptoms:
1)ipstack.exe consumed the majority of my processor
2)Norton shuts down after a couple of seconds
It appears to be a virus although Norton runs clean in

When I connect to the internet, windows xp start sending
data. A normal ratio is ex 10 000 bytes receive for 1 000
send. But I got instead 3 mbytes send for 1 mbytes receive.
