Strange problem. I have 8 users accounts on on HP Pavilion
520c.  None of the limited accounts can open Internet
Explorer yet they can activate connection and e-mail
through Outlook Express.  Change the accounts to

I recently encountered an access is denied error on a
folder that was previously accessible from my
workstation.  If I go to any other workstations on the
network I can open folder.  What am I missing.
