Does XP Professional allow the administrator to set time
limits/access for the users?  If so, where can I find this
feature?

I am new to all of this and when I logged off for some reason the computer said "you are not the only one using this computer, if I shut down now they wil lose valuable information".  Bought Norton Antivirus 2004, but I can't get ride of this sucker...  Suggestions?????

hello I have no red on my monitor, i have had the monitor
checked out this is ok and also prints pictures correctly
