I'm on xp home and accidently deleted a user before I was able to export outlook data.  Is there any way to retrieve this user's outlook data?

Limited users cannot open many programs or "my documents" and they could a few days ago. If I change them to administrators, they can open anything. It's as though, the limited users have been more limited.

I've had a few strange things going on in mysystem today.
One of the items was that my account could not get to the
tools->option page due to "restrictions on this computer"

When I use the Win XP Systsem Tools BACKUP utility, it does not let me choose my CD-Burner or DVD-Burner as the destination.  I can get it to ask me to put a disc into the drive, but after I do so the 'hour-glass' mouse pointer just stays busy indefinitley!
