i was wondering if anyone can enlighten me how, if

I have installed Norton Internet Security and have had to un-install it at least once a week to to "internal problems".I re-install and everything is good for a bit.This time I tried to un-install and it quit in the middle leaving me not able to use it nor remove it! Any ideas? ...
