Everytime I turn on my computer I get a black screen with the classic logon screen, even though I disabled that and enabled the welcome screen logon screen. I am using Windows XP sp-1.

Is this feature not available in XP Home? The options are in the alternate menu list, but they are inactive (greyed out). I can only come to the conclusion that it is not availble for XP Home, or I am missing the obvious.
