my admin password was accidently changed for my winxp pro and I can not log on anymore I was told there was a way I can bypass the admin logon on bootup and then be able to chanbe the admin pass code. this is for my dell laptop

I just installed Office XP; however, the other users accounts cannot access it as it does not show up in their programs settings. I think this might be a security issue either with Windows XP or Office XP. How do I change it so all users can access the application software?
