This morning I rebooted my Win XP Pro (after installing the latest
security windows update)
When I get to the logon screen, in addition to seeing my account
there, I see login prompts accounts that do exist but never show on

Settings\All Users\Desktop".  Upgraded Windows ME to
Windows XP.  Had to uninstall and reinstall NIS 2004.  
Got Error 1606 while reinstalling.   Have tried to the

When I start IE, I now get a message saying "Registry
editor has been disabled by your administrator". How do I
fix this. I've run both Norton Anti-Virus and Spyhunter,
and found nothing.

To make your folders private
Open My Computer.
