I just purchased Norton System Works for 2000 and up last
night on the microsoft website.  I cannot remember how to
get to where I need to enter the product key.  Can

I am attempting to uninstall these downloads on my computer.  For some reason it won't allow me to do so and the little box says "cannot open install.log file."  Anyone know how to do this?

When I reboot or boot my computer (Pentium III, 1mhz) the startup gets stuck
for a long time at the Blue opening screen which says "Windows starting up".
The only start up program is Zone Alarm (shown in Msconfig).
Is anything hold up the startup? How can I check what is starting up ...

I have a file on my computer KLR247 that i cannot delete. It says that it is
being used but nothing unusual is running. I've ran Norton and TrojanHunter
but neither is finding anything. Not sure what to do with it any help would

A TROJAN HORSE VIRUS HAS INFECTED  MY C:\WINDOWS\SYSTEM32\NSSYS32.EXE FILE PER A SCAN WITH NORTON ANTIVIRUS.  NORTON SAYS IT CANNOT FIX, REMOVE, OR QUARANTINE THE VIRUS.
CAN I SIMPLY DELETE THE FILE, OR WHAT SHOULD I DO.
