When people send me emails with attachments, outlook express always says they are unsafe and I am unable to open them.  I know they are coming from reliable sources and do not contain viruses.  Does anyone know how I can change that setting?

how many times can i reformat and reinstall win xp.the
last time i did this when i went to acttivate win xp.it
said i have use this number to many times.and i had to

I recently found that any user of my computer can access
any file in my "private" folder (under folder
properties/sharing I enabled "make this folder private")
simply by using the search function on the start menu.

All of a sudden all of the non-Admin users cannot log in to my XP Home-based
machine.
I've removed the users and tried adding new ones. But they are inaccessible
too.
