I received Microsoft's Security Bulletin listing MS04-007 and MS04-004 as critical updates for Windows XP - yet when I go to Windows Update and have it scan my system - neither of these come up as updates that I need. Why? Shouldn't they be showing up - or do I need to download ...

The latest windows XP security patch seems to download OK, but will not install. I have been through this more than once with the same result. I have not had a problem with previous patches. I read that someone else was having the same problem. Any suggestions.
