Outlook Express & MSN Explorer will not keep passwords
even though the 'Remember password' checkbox is checked.

I have a file that seems to have shown up on 2/5/04
called "rm6kakz67r.exe", and created a pre-load as well.  
Does anybody know what this is?  I can't find it any

I have tried at least ten times to install the Security
Patch, to no avail.  What is wrong?  I looked on the
Windows XP Critical Updates and could see that it tried
to install ten times and ten times it failed.  Never had

I received Microsoft's Security Bulletin listing MS04-007 and MS04-004  as
critical updates for Windows XP - yet when I go to Windows Update and have
it scan my system - neither of these come up as updates that I need. Why?
Shouldn't they be showing up - or do I need to download ...

The latest windows XP security patch seems to download OK, but will not install.  I have been through this more than once with the same result.  I have not had a problem with previous patches.  I read that someone else was having the same problem.  Any suggestions.
