I had to reinstall xp and I have an external maxtor
drive.  Now all my directorys and files are inaccessable.  
Help??  How do i change the permissions back so I can

I need to completely disable all access to CD-Rom and floppy drives for any
user on XP Professional computers.  Other than physically locking down the

My friend is using AOL as his ISP.  In the Advanced tab
of the Network Connection properties the check box for
ICF is "Grayed" out.  Is this something AOL has done or
is his computer infected?
