I need to completely disable all access to CD-Rom and floppy drives for any user on XP Professional computers. Other than physically locking down the front of the box, how can I accomplish this? Thanks so much,

My friend is using AOL as his ISP. In the Advanced tab of the Network Connection properties the check box for ICF is "Grayed" out. Is this something AOL has done or is his computer infected?
