error 0s00ff181d referenced memory at 0x0150e94. memory could not read.
What does this mean, or how can I fix it, and how do i get it to stop poping up.

My "User Accounts" on the control panel has an error, and
won't let me in. I think it has something to do with my
new installation of Norton Internet Security 2004, but not
sure. Windows XP is messed up.  I can only enter the

How long are logon credentials cached for a user on a Windows XP machine?  We have some machines when disconnected from the network that will not allow access using cached credentials.

I was a dumbass and clicked on an executable file which turned out to be a
very bad virus ( I can provide a copy to anyone interested)
I have run the latest norton antivirus, spybot and adware 6 prgms until

I just re-installed Windows XP Pro on my PC. When I hit
ctrl+alt+del it brings up the Task Manager (which is what
I want it to do) but it only stays open for about 2

I have deleted the above named virus off my system but

I utilize a login script to deploy Qxxxxxx patches to my Windows users.  What can I definitively look for either in the REG or files to determine if a patch has been installed
Also, does the solution work for all flavors of Windows

I have been infected with the above virus. It is detected
by AVG but not all the files can be moved to the virus
vault.  In particular files in

With regards to my previous post about getting rid of the
Read-Only Privileges on my Temp Folder,the reason why I
am asking this is that I have been
unable to install Real Player from Real Networks.  They

temp folder.  However, when I uncheck Read-Only, the next
time I go in to see if the changes worked, the Read-Only
box is checked again.  I am listed under Control
