Somehow a phantom log in has appeared called KTFOD. It has admin rights but does not appear to create folders etc. I delete it and reappears after a cold reboot only. It is not a virus, have tried ad aware, spybot, pest patrol, bhodemon etc.

Is there a way to force windows xp pro to shutdown when not at the computer? Like on a timer or at a certain time of day? If the computer is left on by accident, we want to be able to have the computer shut its self down at a certain time.
