I downloaded some Microsoft XP / OE patches recently (I
cant remember which ones ) but since then almost all
attachments I receive that are perfectly safe and even
some attachments I myself have created are being removed

   I plan to put in a new motherboard and video card
next week, along with new memory and CPU.  Can anyone
tell me what I have to do to restore my registration?  I
understand my PC will not work as I am changing too many
