I would like to make it so that some of the programs that i have do not show up in my kids limited acount. For example. I have napster, I would like to be the only one who can see that program in the start menu. how do i do this

Hello everyone, I'm kindof new when it comes to being an 'admin' of a computer and I've just set up an XP Pro computer for a friend of mine, he's not so PC savvy and he has some people in the house that are just plain ignorant.

I have set the home address of internet explorer, it worked properly
But yesterday, the home address is changed automatically ( the changed address “about:blank”
I have tried to re-set it, but everytime it changed itself
