turn off auditing for object access and any other I don't need under

Recently I tried to use some kind of freeware program to edit my
windows XP logon screen. I didn't really like it, so I removed the
program, but now my logon screen still has the changed that that
program made, and I can't seem to get it back to normal. The 2 logon

Well I have looked all over trying to find an answer to

The problem that I am running into right now is I just
finished installing Windows XP Professional with Service

Auto update for WXP Pro says i need this patch every time.
I install it and get a success message BUT in the
installation history it is "Failed" and goes on to
download again.

I realy dont know how but now when i use : alt+ctrl+del
instead of appearing what should appear it appears only  
the applications window !!!!!!!!!!
What should i do to repair this ????

I note that Windows XP OS client pcs do not run logon script on NT4 server
while Windows 95-ME client pcs run it correctly.  Can someone tell me the
