I have Windows XP and IE6. I used to be able to view the IE Internet Options>Security tab with this user but now I can't. I am the admin user for this pC. I think it has something to do with spyware, as I did a mjor cleanup

Recently, I find there are a few folder were installed in my hard drive while I was surfing the Net. Some folders are deletable but there is one folder named DownloadWare that I can't delete. In this folder, there are two folders(Download & Cfg) also a dw.exe.

I am trying to assign different levels of priviledge to different users on a Windows XP Pro machine. Unfortunately the only account types are administrator or limited. The are no further options in the users section of the control panel.

I am running xp pro. I installed xp a year or so ago as an upgrade to 98 everything has been running fine but I have recently been infected by Blaster Worm and now xp has locked me out from installing any protection software as it says I am not the administrator. Help!
