I need to restrict access to windows Explorer on Win Xp through
Poledit or I want to disable right mouse button for other users
however I require to give access to others. Through Group policy you
can't specify those users who can have access and those who can't.

i am developing a file upload page in asp.net (framework 1.1).

Hi ok this was a really dumb one, I set a policy to: "deny
logon locally" to the users group in the "domain", on  an
XP Pro computer. What I didn't think would happen is that

How do I grant "Password Change" capability to my Windows XP users without
