I'm running windows XP Professional. I want to access my "Temporary Internet Files" folder from the c\:prompt in DOS but it cannot see it. The folder is attribute 'hidden' is greyed out so I cannot unhide it.

When I ran the MSConfig and I found there is an item "[annie]" in the win.ini tab of the System Configuration Utility. What's that? Virus or Hacker's Program? Or something else? Can anyone tell me this?
