at the time I installed Windows XP Professional, I opted
to not start the fire wall due to a secure remote program
I was running for work. Now i would like to start the

Downloaded the latest Win update and just said "Yes". I
understand that it may refer to something like .NET and

Is there a way a can stop a program from being run. Not
that once it is running to stop it, but rather rught away
when it attempts to be run, a error messege will pop up.
