I've set up a new user with a limited account, but that user can not then access the internet or email because they do not have sufficient rights. What do I have to do to let them use my internet and email connection?

Is it possible to place a specific UNC path in a security zone without having to place the entire domain in that security zone? I.e. Can I put \\foo\bar\baz in Local Intranet, while the rest of \\foo is in Restricted? Thanks.

My Windows XP registry is corrupt and when I try to login as Administrator or my user it does recongnise my passwords and lets me logs on BUT then drops right back to the login screen. I am using a Toshiba Portege 3500.
