I read the post by "Tickd" re: unable to delete or quarantine a file infected with a trojan. I use Norton Antivirus software & tried removing it per their online instructions for the Download.Trojan, and it didn't work.

I have the same problem, and I am always logged in as the administrator. To make matters worse, it won't let me change some of the settings in control panel either! It's like I am not even the administrator.
