I am the only user and system admin of my pc. Yet when I try to run reg edit xp says "registry editing has been dsiabled by your system administrator" anyone know how i can remove this error? thanks. e-mail me it asap to

I recently downloaded updates per instructions from MS.  
Since then I can not read any attachments in Outlook
Express.  The attachments are light gay and I can not open
them.
