I recently upgraded from win 98 se to win xp professional
and every 5 min I get a message that says computer
shutdown initiated by NT Authority\system and in the
message box it says that the it is shutting down because

I have Windows XP Home, there should be a backup utility
available in All Programs, Accessories, System Tools.. but
it is not there.  I am set up as an administrator on my PC

On 'Show Connections' I keep getting a new
