In XP Pro, my computer stopped loading at the point that
the wallpaper came up but nothing else - no icons, etc.  
On a tip from a friend, I ran a virus scanner and found
not one, but 4 viruses, including the Nachi and Blaster

A Norten virus scan of the C drive revealed 4 infected
files, three of which were quarantined and one (a system
file) could not with the following message:

OK, I need some help here, cos I've been trying to work

On Win XP Home, I have many accounts that I would like to remove. ie: All Users, All Users.WINDOWS, Default User, Default User.WINDOWS.  How can I safely remove them.  I am the administrator and only user of the computer

How do I get the 3 1/2 inch floppy drive to work?  I have no icon for it and it won't read or write any thing to it.  Is there a driver I can download to use the floppy drive? Where do I get one?

I recently downloaded Windows Updates.  Now I discovered
that a new account has been added to my computer (ASP.NET
Machine A) with a limited account and protected
password.  I called HP and they assured me it was caused
