account wot can i do?

I have McAfee firewall and I keep getting warnings of
blocking a Newtear Attack. What is it and how can I stop

Somehow I have a workgroup on my home computer 'David's Viao'.  Have I been hackked?  How do I get rid of it?  I'm running McAffe personal firewall.  I don't seem to be able to run Windows network diagnostic tests.  The system is able to access the net, send and receive e-mail.

i know its a virus of the trojan type. but i am not

My computer was hijacked with a whenUsearch system, it put a bar above my
start menu bar (on the windows desktop) and took over IE and also installed
some other stuff called clocksync, earn, purityscan and more. Surfing the
internet is barely possible.

Everytime I restart or shutdown, I get an error
message "sysupd.exe-dll initialization failed..."
I've searched everywhere and done everything to get rid
of this, any ideas ???
