I installed a Greeting Card Program under the
adminstrator logon I have; but the program is not
available to my kids logons, which are of the "limited"

When my computer boots up, it wants to shut down with a
rpc 60 second warning.  I can stop it from a prompt by
typing "shutdown -a".

ATTurbo dialup compression/ad blocker software, etc.) I can only run
those programs if logged in with administrative privelages.  For my
everyday user "limited" accounts, XP complains and then kills the app.

Something has invaded my XP..
1. IE keeps resetting Homepage to the default homepage, which was mysteriously set to a strange URL
2. I cannot resinstall IE with IE6SP1, the Setup says there's already a newer version installed even after I unstalled IE

computer and it says that I don't have administrator
rights.

neither does sfc when i go to run and type sfc/scannow i
get a message windows cannot find sfc/scannow
when i just type sfc and press <enter> a black window
opens and closes very quickly
