I want to put a password on some of my folders so only certain users can access the files contained within. Is there a way to set this up on my computer? I know that the files have that option, but I would like to apply it

While working the message comes UP in a new window. "NT SHUTDOWN AUTHORITY" The timer counts down in this window and gives you 60 seconds before shutting down the PC.

With an XP Pro machine connected to a NT domain, I am given the ability to configure exact permissions for files and folders, under XP Home, a friend of mine only has the ability to "make this folder private". Is there any know registry hack to allow this NT Domain Memeber behaviour
