is there any publication of all the settings you can use and what they
mean in xp group policy. i am trying to have a program disabled from
running and id like to know where the setting is. this is a local
machine so we are not talking domains.

All of my folders are read only and I can not make any chnages to any of the files. How do I tunr this off?

I want to put a password on some of my folders so only

We have several XP/SP1 machines that are dynamically
registering the following entries in DNS:

With an XP Pro machine connected to a NT domain, I am given the ability to
configure exact permissions for files and folders, under XP Home, a friend
of mine only has the ability to "make this folder private".
Is there any know registry hack to allow this NT Domain Memeber behaviour
